Unlike many other online retailers who just survey their customers for feedback on the products that they purchase, which is positive feedback 99.9% of the time, we want to know not only about the products purchased but also how you like our website design, site navigation, product selection, prices, check-out process, customer service and the other things that are very important to you as a consumer. We then take that information and use it to get better as a business.
We also use surveys to decide which brand names to carry, which items to expand our stock of, and to determine if there are any common occurrences of defective workmanship on any particular handbag. If there are certain bags that the handle frequently breaks for instance, we then provide the manufacturer with the customer’s feedback for that item and hopefully the manufacturer takes notice and modifies their manufacturing process or extends the item’s warranty.
